2. HACCP
System of critical points HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) it is a system of food safety based on prevention.
It is a systematic analyse of processes in food processing, identification of possible risks and critical control points that have to prevent consumer from obtaining dangerous food.
It contains:
- Control of technical segments with the possibility of the health risk emerging.
- Definition of measure preventing from emerging of the hazard.
- Procedures of monitoring and evaluation of the system.
- Effective ensuring of safety production.
- Delegation of particular responsibility for heath safety to workers at all levels of the production
3. IWA 1:2001
International standard IWA 1 (International Workshop Agreement) supports acceptance of process attitude during bettering the efficiency of the management system.
The aim of this document is to help to improve basic system of quality management in organizations providing medical services, enabling permanent improvement, emphasizing mistake prevention and reduction of the variability and losses of the organization (activities that are not increasing the value of the organization).
4. ISO 9001:2008
System of quality management - standard ISO 9001 that specifies demands for system of the quality management in the company, that wishes to show it permanent ability constantly provide products in compliance with applicable rules and demands of clients and that tries to increase client´s satisfaction.
The aim is to perform and maintain system of quality management and improve it.
