Spa treatment should not be given in case of:

• All diseases in the acute stage
• Conditions of deep thrombosis within 3 months of illness ending, post-acute thrombophlebitis six weeks after the disease
• Labile and decompensated diabetes mellitus
• Cachexia
• Active attacks or the phase of psychosis and mental disorders with antisocial symptoms and reduced possibility of communication
• Dementia
• Non-healing skin defects of any origin
• Destabilized arterial hypertension, severe pulmonary hypertension, severe congenital and acquired uncorrected heart defects, serious heart rhythm disturbances, unstable forms of ischemic heart disease, cardiac decompensation, states with a high risk of embolism
• Post-stroke states with severe motor and sensory deficits requiring constant assistance of another person for the daily living activities
• Multiple sclerosis with ataxia, advanced plegic states, recurrent stroke within one year
• Paroxysmal muscle paralysis
• Syringomyelia with respiratory and eaters disorder
• Inflammatory joint and spine diseases with high activity not stabilized with appropriate treatment,  tuberculous arthritis
• Non-stabilized osteonecrosis of heads or acetabulum of hip and other joints
• Radicular compression syndrome
• Infectious diseases transmissible to humans and disease carrying
• Bleeding
• Malignant tumors, excepting full remission
• Epilepsy, excepting the cases with no attack for last 3 years
• Drug addiction

From the product point of view it is possible to sort our products into three basic groups: healing stays, wellness stays and holiday stays. Our doctor can recommend procedures included into healing stays after obligatory medical examinations. Some specialized (so called programmed) stays are build for some purposes (for example in case of backaches, as prevention of prostate diseases, for loosing of the weight or for tired managers) so they have special structure of procedures according stay purpose.

If there is not any suitable stay for you in our standard offer of stays and you want to choose procedures for stay it is possible to make "tailored" stay, especially for you and in accordance with your particular demands. There is possibility to order extra procedures for each type of stay.

Unlimited access to hotel pools is a part of stays of our product line GOLD. Part of other stays is 60 minutes complimentary admission to one of pools of hotel Veľká Fatra***. Client can access to hotel pool during working hours of these pools. Exception is only stay SPA & AQUAPARK, where are used pools of premises of SPA & AQUAPARK.

Check - in at hotels from 12.00 every day. Check - out at hotels until 10.00 every day.

Our clients can use 7 parking lots with 124 parking places. Parking lots are not guarded and parking is free of charge. Clients pay at the reception of Spa Hotel Veľká Fatra deposit 10 EURO for key from security device. Deposit will be returned to client upon handing key back. Client can book overnight parking box in the garage (3.30 € per night). The number of parking boxes in the garage is limited so we recommend their booking in advance. There is a complimentary internet connection in rooms of the hotel Veľká Fatra**** through LAN cable to own computer. Paid Internet connection is possible also in Net Café ; wifi connection or directly in the PC.

Spa Turčianske Teplice prepared for their regular guest loyalty program. Every client can be involved in such program. Condition for membership is participation in some healing stays from current offer for self payers. Upon order and payment for second and any other further stay client will be granted 5% discount. Discount can be granted if the next stay starts within period not longer than 2 years since date of the first stay departure. Client has to claim for discount upon ordering stay. It is not possible to claim for discount after. Discount cannot be combined with other discount and bargain offers. In such case has client right for higher discount.

Yes. Surcharge is a guarantee of your demand fulfillment. Surcharge is 10€ per night and it is mentioned in the price list of spa stays. Further information related to stays you can find in the Price list of surcharges and financial claims.
