When the first procedure is scheduled for? For the day of check-in, or for the following working day?

In case of a programme stay (a package with defined procedures), procedures included in the purchased stay start on the day following the day of check-in. A client can decide to take any of the procedures on the day of check-in subject to an agreement with balneotherapy reception, in case they have vacant capacities.

Where the G spa house is situated and what do we offer there?

We offer accommodation in “cells” consisting of a double room and a single room and one bathroom (toilette, shower) in G spa house. The cells are equipped with a fridge and a kettle, and there’s a TV in every room. Procedures are provided in Veľká Fatra spa house, meals are served in G spa house directly. The spa house is situated in Banská street, approx. 200 metres from Veľká Fatra spa house. Lift is not available. Rooms are situated on the 2nd and the 3rd floor.

Are animation programmes free?

Yes, animation programmes, including dancing lessons are free for the accommodated clients.

If I include a special request for a room in my accommodation (stay) reservation, will you charge a fee?

Yes. The fee guarantees that your requirement will be met. The fee is 5 EUR/ night/ person and it is included in the Pricelist of spa stays. For further information about stay-related fees, please refer to the Pricelist of fees and financial damages.

What loyalty discounts and gift vouchers do you offer?

Spa Turčianske Teplice has a loyalty programme for regular clients. You are entitled for a loyalty discount if:

a/ you order and pay for the third or further stay in the spa in Turčianske Teplice provided, that it is the third stay of the same client in the same calendar year, while the check-in of the third confirmed stay follows after the check-ins of the previous two confirmed orders. Such loyalty bonus shall amount to 8%.

b/ you order and pay for the second or further stay in the spa in Turčianske Teplice provided that it is at least the second stay of the same client spent in the spa during two calendar years following the year, in which the previous stay of the client started. Such loyalty bonus amounts to 5%.

The above loyalty bonuses cannot be combined. Discounts can only be awarded to self-paying clients and clients of health insurance companies in indication group “B. The loyalty bonus according to point a) or b) will be awarded for stays of all persons included in one order, if such stays are ordered for the same terms. The entitlement for a loyalty bonus will be exercised by a client when placing an order for a stay, provided that such client is entitled for such bonus. In case a client fails to apply for a discount when ordering a stay, the discount will not be awarded subsequently. The loyalty discount applies to the whole order, including additional payment for catering, accommodation or treatment procedures purchased additionally. The loyalty bonus cannot be combined (added together) with other discounts, unless specified otherwise. A client shall be entitled to exercise the higher of the discounts discount he/she is entitled for (except for a combination with loyalty discount according to par. a) and b).

A GIFT VOUCHER is a popular product. It becomes valid after a prepayment invoice is paid. When ordering a gift voucher, you should state a probable check-in date.

You can connect to internet through Wi-Fi in rooms of Veľká Fatra**** and Veľká Fatra*** spa houses. Besides, you can also connect to internet in Net Café in Veľká Fatra*** spa house.

What are the parking possibilities?

Our clients can use 7 car parks with 124 parking places. Car parks are for a fee and not guarded. Keys are available at the reception of Veľká Fatra spa house after you check-in. You can use the parking places in front of the main entrance of Veľká Fatra spa house for a short-time parking (up to 5 minutes) to take your luggage out of your car.

We recommend our clients to strictly observe traffic signs, not to park in pedestrian zone or on other places where parking is forbidden in accordance with traffic rules. A client can reserve a parking place in the garage for EUR 5 per night. However, the number of parking places in the garage is limited and therefore we recommend reserving your place sufficiently in advance. Cn we use pool unlimitedly?

You can use the Olympic pool without limits, as it is included in various stays, whether treatment, wellness, holiday or GOLD stays. Clients can use the pool during its business hours.

Can I choose procedures for my stay myself?

Our stays are classified in three various categories: treatment, wellness and holiday stays. Our physician will recommend the procedures for your stay after the initial examination. Some specialised (so-called programme) stays are intended for certain purpose (e.g. to relieve backache, prevent prostate diseases, reduction stays, or stays for tired managers, etc.) and so the procedures included in such stays are chosen accordingly.

If none of the standard stays suits you and you would like to choose the procedures in your stay yourself, you can choose the tailor-made stay according to your specific requirements. You can order additional procedures to every type of stay.
