•  If a client reserves a stay that includes procedures with individual timing, we recommend to arrive until 02:00 p.m. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that the client will receive the procedure on the day of check-in.
• In case of stays with procedures prescribed by the physician, the first procedure can be received only after the initial examination.
• In case of a stay subject to a medical consultation, a client can decide to take one procedure in balneotherapy on the day of check-in – a 1.5 hour admission to Spa & AQUAPARK that will be deducted from the number of procedures.
• In case of a programme stay, procedures included in the selected stay start on the day following the day of check-in. A client can decide to take any of the procedures on the day of check-in subject to an agreement with balneotherapy reception, in case they have vacant capacities.
